By uploading LUTs or other content to FestivalLuts, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the creator of the content or have the rights to distribute it
• The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• The content does not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
• You grant FestivalLuts a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and distribute the uploaded content on the platform

4. Content Guidelines

The following content is prohibited:

• Copyrighted LUTs from other creators or companies (e.g., paid presets redistributed for free)
• Malicious files disguised as LUT files
• Content promoting hate, violence, or illegal activities
• Spam or duplicate uploads

5. Downloads

All LUTs on FestivalLuts are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use, unless otherwise specified by the uploader. Attribution to the original creator is appreciated but not required.

6. Copyright Claims (DMCA)

If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without permission, contact us at [email protected] with:

• A description of the copyrighted work
• The URL of the infringing content on FestivalLuts
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief

7. Advertisements

FestivalLuts displays advertisements via Google AdSense to support the platform. By using the platform, you acknowledge the presence of ads during your browsing and download experience.

8. Disclaimer

FestivalLuts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damage caused by content downloaded from the platform. Always scan downloaded files with antivirus software.

9. Limitation of Liability

FestivalLuts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
